Analysis through Ashtakvarga

Ashtakvarga Chart and best time of life analysis :

📝 In this article, i will write about analysing the best part of our life using Ashtakvarga method. According to this method we can divide our total life span into three portions i.e early, middle and last life.

What is Ashtakvarga in Vedic Astrology ❓

A table consists of 12 Houses and 7 planets i.e. 84 squares prepared by putting dots and zeroes and adding them together, which is known as Sarvashtakvarga. The total benefics should be written in each House along with planets and zodiac signs. Planets which are placed in their own sign, mooltrikona sign or exalted sign are strong, but if they have less than 28 benefic dots, they give negative results. Similarly, if the planets are placed in 6th, 8th or 12th House and have more than 28 benefic dots, they give benefic results.

The total points contributed by all the 7 planets in each house gives the Ashtakvarga value of each house. Ashtakvarga chart can also be prepared by taking the ascendant as 1st house and putting the point of that house in that rashi.
Now i will tell you the process of finding out the best portion of life with an example chart:

☝In the chart given below the left most column consists of the Rashi No's (like 1 for Aries, 2 for Taurus and so on). Then the point contributed by each planet is given. Finally the total points obtained by that rashi is given.

☝ As there are 12 Houses in the rashi chakra and 3 portions of life, divide the 12 Houses by 3 and you will get 4 Rashis representing each portion of life.

☝ The first 4 Houses represent from ascendant early life, the next as middle life and the last 4 as the end life.

📝 Here the ascendant of the native is Sagittarius or Dhanu, so we take the 1st house from the number 9.

Now adding up:

Sagittarius to Pisces i. e 1st to 4th House-30+21+30+34=115 points.

Aries to Cancer i.e 5th to 8th House - 30+24+28+37=119 points.

Leo to Scorpio i. e 9th to 12th House-30+27+25+21=103 points.

☝ Grouping the houses and and after calculation, we can find out that the highest point obtained by the 3 groups is Aries to Cancer i. e the middle portion of life. So we can conclude that the middle life of this native would be the best portion.

📝 But the final conclusion will be obtained after holistic analysis of the birth chart like mahadasha and antardashas, divisional charts, shadbala, etc which are very important.
