WHAT IS SATURN SADESATI?
Saturn Sadesati is the 7.5 years long transit of Saturn through the 12th house to the 2nd house during which time Saturn may give an unusual amount of stress to the person.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT DURING SADESATI?
Saturn may put you under financial and personal stress, create frequent obstacles and stop you from achieving success easily. Saturn will challenge you and if you do not rise up to the challenge then you may face failure.

📝 Sadesati cannot be always bad due to the position of saturn and other factors in your birth chart. It can also sometimes prove benefic to a person and give tremendous success and beneficial events depending upon the factors. So, here i will write the factors by which you can analyse the effects of Saturn Sadesati :

☝For Rashis whose lord are friendly, exalted and own to saturn can have benefic sadesati. For eg, for taurus,gemini, virgo, libra, capricorn and aquarius moosigns, sadesati is not so malefic in nature. 
☝ Note the Sign where your Saturn is Placed. If it is placed in the above given sign,sadesati proves benefic. 

☝ For Ascendants like, gemini, Virgo, libra, taurus, capricorn and aquarius ascendant, sadesati proves excellent. For Sagittarius and Pisces ascendant, sadesati proves average. And for the rest of the ascendant, sadesati effect is not good due to enemity of their lord with saturn. 

☝ Ashtakvarga of the house through which sadesati is occurring plays an important role. If the points of the house through which saturn is passing gets more than 25 points, effect will be good. 

☝ Running Mahadasha during Sadesati should also be analysed. If Mahadasha like benefic Saturn, Jupiter, Mercury and Venus is running during sadesati then it will prove benefic also. Mahadasha of Sun, Mars,Rahu,Moon and Ketu may give the person, a lot of stress if not good during sadesati. 

☝ Prashtharastakvarga contributed by moon should be more than saturn in the birth chart and also the Shadbala(planetary strength) of moon should be more. Then the person will be able to cope up with the mental pressure which is faced during Sadesati. 

The more above points will match in the birth chart, the more benefic will be the effect of saturn sadesati will be  in life. 

What remedies to do if your Sadesati is not Benefic ❓ 

🌟 Recite the mantra of Saturn.- Om Praang Preeng Praung Sah Shaneshcharaay Namah OR Om shang Shaneshcharaay Namah. 

🌟 Chant Sunderkand daily or on Saturday.

🌟 Offer black grams (kala chana), horse bean (urad), black sesam, black clothes and iron to poor people on Saturday.

🌟 Light a lamp under a tree of Peepal on Saturday evening

🌟 Donate oil of jasmine and a Chola to lord Hanuman on Saturday.

🌟 Chant Hanumanashtak or Bajrangbaan.

By doing these, you can get a lot of relief from the mental stress and difficulties faced during Sadesati. Remember, sadesati does not do bad to people but it structures one's life and makes it more disciplined through events as Saturn is the planet of hard work and discipline. It gives result according to the karma which we have done in our previous life and doing in this life also.
